The chefs start the process with contacting the prospective client through in-house appointment, phone call, email or fax to complete a specially designed food questionnaire.  They discuss basic likes and dislikes, highlight any food restrictions or allergies, and take on special requests.
 
Together, a menu is created and approved by the client.  A day and time of delivery is set, and the chefs’ work begins.  
We shop for and procure through our vendors only the very best and freshest scratch ingredients for our cooking.  We don’t use and mixes, bases or stabilizers - no preservatives of any kind in our food.  We use simple methods of cooling and packaging to ensure that our meals will be delicious even from frozen.  Meals are neatly packaged and labeled for freezer or refrigerator storage, and accompanied by heating instructions.  
All you have to do is decide what you would like to eat and in a very short time, you will be enjoying a fresh, healthy and delicious meal.
